Race of Their Lives

The Clipper Race where 11 identical yachts are handed out to 11 amateur teams, paying to race around the world, covering 40,000 miles, while facing the unforgiving Mother Nature. The first Clipper Round Race was started in 1996 by Sir Robin Knox-Johnston. The series shows the dangerous and challenging sides of this magnificent sport that tests the competitor’s ability and determination to complete the Race of their lives.
