Tekou

Tekou, a carefree secondary school student, falls for Nyake on his way home from class, only to find that she is one of the victims of the crisis in the English-speaking areas of the country. With the help of Oumba Sibom, Nyake's silence causes him to learn that she is traumatised, having been gang-raped and left for dead. Tekou is shocked and loses his nerve. Returning home during a disturbed night, he realises the seriousness of the crisis and resolves to get involved, because our future depends on it.
