A young lady has been struggling with a rare disease - Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS) - for the past 14 years. For more than 9 years she was treated by several physicians but unfortunately, her condition only deteriorated. Even though she knows there is no complete cure for this disease, she is determined to walk again. She just wants to walk enough to at least do all the everyday mundane things by herself.Through a combination of physiotherapy and sheer willpower, she begins her rigorous regimen. Surprisingly, there has been tremendous improvement during the last couple of years. A bad childhood that includes child abuse lingers in her mind; her ill-treatment by family members and society is all too recent to forget; yet, her spirit to get back to her feet is admirable. With an enthusiasm that is contagious and steely grit, she moves on, not forgetting to give back to society in her own unique way.
