IPA World Professional Pool Championships

The IPA World Professional Pool Championships invites the world's best Blackball Pool players to start the Professional Pool season by fighting for the ultimate crown the World Championship before embarking on the 5-event Open tour, culminating in November's Grand Final. The sport is played throughout the world and is particularly strong in countries such as France, Spain, Norway, Netherlands, Belgium, Cyprus, Malta, Hungary, Romania, Sweden, Gibraltar, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, USA, Canada, Uganda, Morocco, South Africa, Zambia, Tunisia, Zimbabwe and Kenya. With a 30-second timed shot clock adding pressure and excitement to the proceedings, Blackball Pool promises compelling viewing for audiences. Research has shown that the average age of players and fans is 32 and over 50% of the audience is between 18 and 34.
