From the first day of Kunio transferred to Neketsu  high school, when he wore the "Legendary ShiroRan" which was handed down from generation to generation in this school , he became the target of rowdy teenagers who are very infamous in the whole country. 

On the other hand, Kunio has been strengthening his position as a leader in the class steadily by his own chivalrous spirit and strong punch, also by the help of his good match-Liky. But, oneday, the dark organization which is leaded by the governor Hell appeared in front of Kunio and his friends.

Kunio and his friends beat off the enemy's attack. And then, finally, there was the most strongest killer appeared in front of Kunio. He is identical twins with Kunio but they were separated from each other when they were little. Kunio has a positive aura, whereas his brother has a negative aura; Kunio comes to good while brother is evil. What will be the result of their fight?
