A documentary film based around the Bold and Beautiful (B&B) swimming group, an informal group of people, on the Northern beaches of Manly. It tells a story on the importance of community, connection, and mental health. Which, today, is immensely relevant in the times we are now living in. The documentary dives deep into the squad member’s experiences in the brine and the life-changing effects the daily saltwater swim has on their overall health and wellbeing.
