Mike Says Goodbye

Mike has been in hospital for months but today is the day he finally gets discharged. When his mother does not show up to take him home, a kind nurse is concerned and contacts social services. It looks like Mike will be placed in foster care. Mike thinks this is ridiculous. He is aware his mother sometimes drinks too much, but he is perfectly capable of taking care of himself. With help from Vincent, his room mate on the ward, he thinks up all sorts of ways to foil the social worker's plans. Will Mike manage to celebrate Christmas at home with his Mum?
