Set in the mean streets of Philadelphia, "Snipes" is a journey through the dark side of the rap music industry. It follows ambitious teen Erik who spends more time posting fliers for his favorite rapper Prolifik than sitting in the classroom. When he and his best friend stumble across a dead body one night, they set of a chain of tragic events that takes them through a lurid underworld of hustlers, thieves, and killers.
