The Power of Destiny

Miguel Angel and Laura's marriage is about to crumble. The fact that she is infertile has led them to develop a destructive relationship. Fate has Laura meet Angelica, who needs money to pay for a surgery that would save her mother's life. Laura offers to pay for it if Angelica agrees to be the mother of the child so awaited by her husband. Miguel Angel finds this troublesome, but Laura insists that a child would save their marriage and she assures him that he will never know the identity of the biological mother. What Laura does not know is that Miguel Angel already knows Angelica and that he is in love with her. He cannot know that her lover carries his son in her womb.
